FIAT is currently seeking an experienced trumpet player with improvisation and sight reading skills as well as a chording instrument. This instrument can be a vibraphone, guitar, or keyboard. Auditions will include sight reading. We are also seeking a drummer who must be able to play a variety of styles while keeping perfect time, using good nonverbal communication, and providing aesthetic changes during sections of improvisation.
